One RECIPIENT will be chosen to receive $1000 and a portfolio in Dear Dave, and two to have a portfolio in a forthcoming issue.
Since 2007, Dear Dave, magazine has been supporting the publication of photographers and writers, and the fellowship fosters the continued conversation about the medium through idiosyncratic, and underrepresented work.
